The scenery was nice, we had a glimpse of the mountains and that was enjoyable. The festive decoration was a nice touch to get into the Xmas spirit. Breakfast was varied and filling, enough for a full day's activities.

The room was below average for the price we paid, with outdated facilities and the bed was uncomfortable. There was loud noise from the other rooms and the corridor, it was hard to sleep because of that.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. the curtains separating the balconies of adjoining rooms were not opaque, which meant that privacy could be an issue.
